Quick answers
Does LeadTimer require calendar access?
No. Calendar connection is optional. You can create any sequence with a manually entered ready-by time.
What does calendar access allow LeadTimer to do?
If you grant access, LeadTimer can read the event you choose and use its start time to anchor your sequence. LeadTimer does not add, edit, or delete calendar events.
Why does LeadTimer request alarm permission?
LeadTimer uses iPhone system alarms to cue the beginning of each step. Without alarm permission, it cannot provide alarm-backed step cues.
Will an alarm sound in Silent Mode or Focus?
iPhone system alarms can break through Silent Mode and the current Focus. LeadTimer must have alarm permission, and the sequence must have been started successfully.
Will alarms work if I close LeadTimer?
Yes. Once a sequence starts and its alarms are scheduled, LeadTimer does not need to remain open for those system alarms to fire.
What should I check if an expected alarm did not sound?
Confirm that LeadTimer has alarm permission in iPhone Settings. Open LeadTimer and confirm that the sequence was started, not merely saved. Confirm that the affected step is still scheduled for a future time. Update to the latest available version of LeadTimer and iOS. If the problem continues, email support with your iPhone model, iOS version, LeadTimer version, and the approximate time of the missed alarm.
Can I change a template?
Yes. Templates are starting points. You can rename, reorder, add, remove, or retime steps to match what getting ready actually requires.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select LeadTimer. Apple controls billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund decisions.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple. Visit Apple's "Report a Problem" service or contact Apple Support to request a refund.
How is my calendar information handled?
Calendar access is optional and read-only. Under the current privacy design, LeadTimer processes selected calendar information on your device and does not transmit calendar details to Better Brainspace servers.
How do I delete LeadTimer data?
LeadTimer does not require an account. You can remove the app and its locally stored data from your iPhone using iOS.
