1. Information handled through LeadTimer
Information you enter in the App. LeadTimer lets you create plans, templates, step names, durations, ready-by times, and related settings. This information is stored locally on your device. Better Brainspace does not receive it through an account or application server.
Calendar information. If you choose to connect your calendar, LeadTimer requests permission to read calendar information on your device so you can select an event and use its start time in a plan. Calendar access is optional. LeadTimer does not add, modify, or delete calendar events. Calendar details are processed on your device and are not transmitted to Better Brainspace servers. You can change calendar permission at any time in iPhone Settings.
Alarms and system experiences. If you authorize alarms, LeadTimer uses Apple's system frameworks to schedule and display alarms associated with your plans. LeadTimer may also display an active countdown through system experiences such as the Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, or StandBy. These features are provided through iOS and are governed in part by your device settings and Apple's privacy practices. You can change alarm permission at any time in iPhone Settings.
Purchases and subscriptions. Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions. Better Brainspace does not receive your full payment-card information. Apple may provide transaction information necessary to confirm entitlement and subscription status, such as the product purchased, transaction identifier, renewal status, and expiration date.
Diagnostics. Depending on your device settings, Apple may provide Better Brainspace with crash reports, performance information, or other diagnostic data. We use this information to identify problems, maintain reliability, and improve the App. Diagnostic reports supplied by Apple may include technical information about the device, operating system, App version, and circumstances of a crash or performance issue.
2. Information handled through the Website
Basic technical information. When you visit the Website, the infrastructure used to deliver it may process standard technical information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, requested pages, referring page, and date and time of access. The Website does not use third-party advertising trackers or track your activity across unrelated services.
Information you send us. If you email Better Brainspace, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, and any attachments. If you contact support, we may also receive technical details you provide about your device, iOS version, App version, and the issue you encountered.
